DAY 1 — DISCOVER YOUR PROJECT
Learners explore what makes a project impactful, identify their interests and causes, discover opportunities around them, and connect their skills to potential project ideas.
Day 2 moves from the project possibilities generated on Day 1 into evidence-based problem understanding. You will gather information about needs, define the problem clearly, examine the situation through different stakeholder perspectives, and investigate contributing causes. The objective is not to choose a solution yet. The objective is to understand what is happening well enough to design a relevant response later.
Learning how to gather and organize information about what people, organizations, or communities actually need before deciding what a project should do.
